There are many ways to support the ministry and mission of UPC. Choose whatever works best for you.
Cash Gift
Give during Sunday worship or drop a gift by the church office. Any gift dated or postmarked by December 31 may apply toward this year's taxes.

Use your bank's online bill pay system to send your gift directly to UPC. It is an easy, no fee way to give on the schedule that works for you.
Set up an automatic monthly transfer from your bank account. Contact the church office anytime to start, change, or stop your recurring gift.

Planned Giving
Thoughtful ways to give from your assets. These options can carry tax advantages, so your advisor can help you find the right fit.
IRA Rollover
Donors who have reached the age required by the IRS can make a qualified charitable distribution directly from a traditional IRA to UPC. Depending on your situation, this may offer tax advantages and can count toward a required minimum distribution. Because the rules and limits change over time, please contact your financial advisor or the UPC Treasurer for current details.
Stocks or Property
When you donate stocks, mutual funds, or other appreciated assets you have held long term, you may receive a tax benefit while supporting the ministry and mission of UPC. The specifics depend on your circumstances and current tax law, so please contact your financial advisor or the UPC Treasurer for guidance on how to give this way.
As a church, we believe that stewardship is recognizing that all we have is a gift from God, all we have belongs to God, and all we have is to be used to serve and enjoy God. In response to God's generosity, we are invited to give generously of ourselves, our time, and our resources. Our gifts sustain the work and outreach of this congregation.
There are more ways to give than financially:
Helping with children and youth programs, singing in the choir, audio/visual technology, small groups, Sunday greeting and ushering, caring for sick and homebound, serving on committees, volunteering with local outreach work, helping with facility maintenance, tending the landscape, seasonal workdays, building projects, special events planning and serving.
