Janice Lyayuka

Janice Lyayuka Irungu is a vocalist, music educator, and worship leader with a deep passion for using music to glorify God and bring people together in worship. She holds a Master’s degree in Music Performance (Voice) from the University of Oregon and has extensive experience in vocal performance, choral music, music education, and ensemble leadership. Originally from Kenya, Janice has served in a variety of musical settings, including church choirs, choral ensembles, opera, and community music programs. She is passionate about developing musicians of all ages and creating a worship environment that encourages excellence, participation, and spiritual connection. As Director of Music, Janice is committed to cultivating a vibrant music ministry where worship, musical excellence, fellowship, and service come together to glorify God and strengthen the church community.
